Trump shut down the entire EPA; his first official act was to rescind hundreds of environmental protections, making it easier (more profitable) for developers to exploit the land. So many of his appointees quit in other departments, whole departments ceased to function. He never sent hurricane relief money to Puerto Rico. Climate Change was deemed a hoax so efforts to combat that stopped completely. He wouldn't even allow his scientists to publish reports on the subject. We all know he did as little as possible to curb the pandemic. That was a disaster of monumental proportions. 25% of the world's covid deaths were US, while the US has 8% of the world's population. He promised a new healthcare system, but never offered details on what it was. He promised a job-creating infrastructure program, but took the money and gave huge tax cuts for the wealthy instead. "I just made you richer", he told his guests at Mar-a-Lago. It added 1.5 trillion dollars to the debt, because it failed to stimulate the economy as promised.
