The plan is to push these tariffs, making the US citizen pay more . They just won't call it a tax which is what it actually is. This way they can get the middle class and lower to pay for all government services allowing the rich to pay no tax at all. The MAGA clowns are gullible enough to go along with it.

@ Are you crazy? Those trade agreements were signed by Trump in 2020. The only reason we have a financial crisis of sorts is because Republicans keep issuing tax cuts. You can't keep cutting revenue and expect to balance the books. That's elementary economics. He's going to make things worse with his new tax cuts this time. If Trump is interested balancing the scales, he would INCREASE taxes, largely to the wealthy because they made out like bandits last time , literally. Musk's Tesla paid no taxes last year.
