You aren't allowed to run a private business while serving as president. It's illegal. I would think as a member of the 'Law and Order" party, you would know that.

He made Alex Acosta, the Florida Assistant Attorney General who worked out Jeffery Epstein's "sweet deal" in Florida, a cabinet post. Acosta reduced Epstein's life imprisonment sentence to 11 months. Epstein was Trump's best buddy for 15 years.
