Biden abided by the law.
7
The executive branch's constitutional job is to abide by the courts. If it don't like a ruling it can appeal to a higher level. it can't ignore a ruling. Am I talking to a 3 year old or a tadpole? It's difficult to tell the difference.
5
@ Name one court order he didn't abide by. Don't look too hard. You won't find any.
4
If the president does not abide by the law we have a new form of government. No more constitution.
4
The one who promised to help Americans, but is now talking about sending tens of billions to Gaza?
2
The part which dictates Trump has to abide by court orders.
2
If Trump does not abide by court orders we have a lawless country. How can it be more serious than that?
2
Are you that ignorant? Hard to believe.
2
@randall39 I see you can count, but can you name one?
2
@ Really? Name some evidence.
2
@jameswagoner3309 Look up Biden's job numbers compared to Trump's.
2
@ So why does Trump have Musk giving press conferences? It's obvious he's not very informed. Musk is going hog wild behind the scenes. Very dangerous as well as corrupt.
1
Egg prices are up 20% since Trump took office.
1
@ConstitutionalConservative1776 If Biden had decided to keep the documents, like Trump did, it would have been against the law. Biden didn't even know he had them.
1
@huskylover5274 When did I comment on student loans?
1
@277kne Trump is a thirty four time convicted felon. I think he may have broken a few laws. At least a jury thought so. There is a difference between what is proven and what is accused.
1
News for you - if they succeed in rendering the Constitution null and void, like they are doing, A1 and A2 will be null and void too. God, you people are dumb.
1
And Fox News is telling you what to believe.
1
Trump said he would lower prices within 24 hours? Was he lying or did he assume you people are so gullible you would believe him? When did the Dems defy a court order? Please specify. When did the Dems run a convicted felon as president?
1
@jameswagoner3309 Congratulations. You've memorized all of the Fox News talking points without a hitch. Of course, your list leans heavily on conspiracy theory, not actual evidence. Cite some actual evidence, independent of what they have been telling you. They say watching Fox News causes mental illness.
1
@jdroth1 Yes, Trump is attempting to defy court orders. The Constitution says he has to follow them. See the unresolvable conflict?
1
@ He's defunding programs that were authorized by Congress. There is nothing in the Constitution that allows him to do that.
1
@KevinBach-ff3df Where do you live? Up Trump's a** ? It's obvious.
1
@calvincoolidge5518 Musk is receiving billions of dollars in government contracts. Influencing government decisions, while receiving money, is a text-book example of conflict of interest. How long is Congress going to allow this corruption to last?
1
Trump's little boy said it best when he told Trump to "shush the f**k up".
1
Oh, there will be people in the streets alright. Wait until the weather warms up. When you idiots find find out Trump's current cost cutting will directly negatively affect you you will see. Do you think he's working on cutting prices? More fool you.
1
Trump's upcoming tax cuts for the wealthy will cost us 4.5 trillion dollars. Now they also want to end the inheritance tax, which obviously benefits only the rich. You people are completely clueless, aren't you.
1
Musk's son said it best when he told Trump to "shut the f**k up" at Musk's presidential news conference.
1
Yes, his change may include ignoring court orders (a Constitutional crisis). The Constitution makes no mention of primary elections at all , so why bring that up? A political party (also not mentioned in the Constitution) can select a candidate by holding a lottery if they choose. But the President has to abide by court orders (that is in the Constitution).
1
@ He didn't even say he would abide by the Constitution regarding running for a third term. He's a scam artist. What difference does it make what he says?
1
@KevinBach-ff3df Oh, I believe you. LOL.
1
Yea, if Trump ignores the courts we are a lawless country. Sounds like a crisis to me.
1
@fredingram3731 Democracy is long gone. Why the hell is Musk giving news conferences instead of the President? Who the hell is Elon Musk to play the role?
1
@ Trump never mentions bringing prices down anymore. He talked about for over a year before the election. It stopped the day after. What does that tell you?
1
@ The Constitution gives the Judicial branch authority in all matters.
1
@ The courts have authority in all matters. You can't pick and choose.
1
Judges don't file lawsuits. Grow a brain.
1
@ "The judicial Power shall extend to all Cases, in Law and Equity, arising under this Constitution, the Laws of the United States, and Treaties made, or which shall be made, under their Authority;--to all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls;--to all Cases of admiralty and maritime Jurisdiction" - US Constitution Do you idiots do anything besides watching Fox News? Look up the definition of "ALL CASES"
1
@thefobbie0034 Article III Judicial Branch Section 2 Justiciability The judicial Power shall extend to all Cases, in Law and Equity, arising under this Constitution, the Laws of the United States, and Treaties made, or which shall be made, under their Authority;—to all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls;—to all Cases of admiralty and maritime Jurisdiction.
1
@ Will you be saying that if prices go sky high as economists predict ?
1
Overhaul? They are taking money from 'We the People' to pay for the upcoming huge tax cuts for billionaires.
1
What he is doing is freeing up 3 trillion dollars from 'We the People' to pay for his 3 trillion dollar tax cut for the wealthy.
1
Egg prices are up 20% since Trump took office.
1
@douglashughes211 Cite evidence he committed a crime.
