@brianclark9110 He didn't get caught. His lawyers found them and turned them over to the government. Trump is the one who got caught.

@mikehannan8932 The issue is Trump took them home with him and refused to give them up, even when subpoenaed. The government had been trying to retrieve them for over a year.

@mikehannan8932 Biden likely didn't know he had them. Same with Pence. Trump admitted he took them after making up a dozen excuses. First, he said the FBI planted them . Later, he said he declassified them. How could he declassify them if the FBI planted them? There is a lie in there somewhere.

Biden had 20 documents. Trump had 15 boxes of documents.

@scottdahl1938 Trump didn't go through the process of declassification. The documents were not his. It was illegal for him to have them.
