You can't say he didn't try. Remember, they had over 60 court appearances regarding this so-called "fraud" , but didn't have actual evidence to present. A judge even asked Giuliani if he was going to plead fraud, but he declined to do so. There is always some minor fraud on both sides. There always is, but, as you said, not enough to overturn an election, so the case is closed. In Michigan, the "dead people voting " claim amounted to two cases; one person mailed in a vote, but died before the election. Trump lost. Live with it.

I think they have a pretty good case since he was in charge of the business. His CFO even testified the business did nothing without his knowledge.
