Who turned out to be right? Concerning what? Fauci is an expert with viruses , but he knew little to nothing about Covid. How could he? it was a new virus.

@hammerhand5059 Making light of 1.2 million dead? How commendable. The nursing homes were full of Covid before people were moved in, so that was not an issue. . The emergency was lack of trained staff (they had Covid too). People with proper care largely survived. Nursing homes with staff were able to provide that care and took new patients in. They were not "ordered" to take them in.

You are engaging in 'Monday morning quarterbacking'. No one at the time knew how it was going to play out. The 1918 flu epidemic killed 50 million world-wide when the world had 1/4 the present population.

@hammerhand5059 Monday Morning Quarterbacking . Taiwan had mandatory lockdowns and mask wearing. They had 800 deaths from Covid; we had 1,200,000. They also put programs in place to protect their workers and economy. The US did 10% of what they did and got hammered for it. You didn't answer my question. I take it you would take a smallpox vaccine if there was an outbreak, but wouldn't support mass vaccinations like they had in the 50's to eradicate the disease. You should google 1918 Flu epidemic and read about deaths from virus's. 50,000,000 dead worldwide (it might have been twice that) , when the population was 25% of what it is today (200,000,000 deaths today).

@annep.1905 Barr saved Trump's ass with the Mueller investigation. Trump was guilty of all sorts of crimes, but Barr managed to miss-report the findings and smooth things over. You can't say he didn't try. Remember, they had over 60 court appearances regarding this so-called "fraud" , but didn't have actual evidence to present. A judge even asked Giuliani if he was going to plead fraud, but he declined to do so. There is always some minor fraud on both sides. There always is, but, as you said, not enough to overturn an election, so the case is closed. In Michigan, the "dead people voting " claim amounted to two cases; one person mailed in a vote, but died before the election. Trump lost. Live with it.
