  1. They have to hold the territory in order to build the rail line which is why the rail line system is only successful within their own borders and not on foreign soil.

  2.  @UmbraWeiss  I doubt non-CCP party members would be promoted no matter how competent. If they find success outside of CCP blessings, they will soon experience a take-down through new policies aimed at punishing their success.

  4.  @xtcplays3540  Electricity is promoted as clean fuel, but when you look into the Ewaste, rare earth mining, and how much electricity is still generated by carbon-based fuels, it proves to be a lie. The only real solution is to decrease our expectations to live minimalistic lives. I've lived long enough to recognize that every tech solution simply leads to a different set of problems and has speeded up the process of depleting resources. Renewable energy isn't NEW - it's what people used to use before fossil fuels "solved" problems like pollution from burning wood and insufficient or irregular generation from wind and water sources or the inability to store enough solar energy for nighttime needs. So now we're going to solve the problem of the solution by going back to the original problem because people don't know enough history to keep from repeating mistakes. Could this be intentional? A lot of money will be made by people pushing for these "solutions."
