  2.  @sammywhite9906  Procrit is a prescription drug used to boost red-blood cell counts in people with anemia. I had to give Procrit injections to my father when he was undergoing chemotherapy because chemo affects all fast-growing cells including red blood cells; the Procrit was to counter that.
