  1. Too much emphasis has been placed on the adaptive immune system since this is where vaccinations do their job, and where pharmaceutical companies can make money. More emphasis should be going on the innate immune system and how people can boost their general health and ability to fight off all kinds of infections, but I doubt that will happen since it's not a money-maker for Big Pharma.
