  1. I'm very interested to hear more about China's debt. China was warned by the IMF back in 2015/2016 about their debt to GDP reaching 300%, but to whom does China owe this? Is this more "accounting with Chinese characteristics?" Is the debt from one section of China to another section of China or is it transnational? I know CCP numbers aren't to be believed, but there must be reasonable study that has been made.
