  2. I've seen videos where the young college graduates ARE having trouble getting employed in China. But no one wants factory work, so they've got a very strange hybid situation.

  3. Remember that in China the government owns the land and the people buying property only have leases of up to 70 years. At least with true private property, you know it will still be yours and can be passed on to your children if you have any or willed to whoever you want, short of a war situation.

  4. True, but poor and arbitrary government policies compound the natural factors like famines and flooding. The CCP promises then doesn't deliver. Take a look at the slogans from the 1-child policy and see that they totally screwed the people. The same is happening with the 3-lines policy.
