That has nothing to do with capitalism. He seems like just another dude that confuses socialism with communism. I live in Norway, a social democracy with a capitalist economy. We have both left and right wing. Our right wing politicians are just as supportive of our social democracy/welfare as our people on the left. Our left wing folks support our capitalism just as much as the people on the right. Just an example. This is part of the many reasons why reading up on how other countries are doing things as well is so extremely important, so you don't get fooled. Don't let this person trick you into believing false narratives.
