  1. Oh, I feel you. Neither of my (divorced) parents own a house, nor have they ever (even before they divorced in their 50's, when me and my brother were already "grown" adults). Neither one of them will ever own a house, same goes for me and my brother. It's simply impossible. The housing market all over the world, not just America is terrible unless you're (upper middle class or) rich. It gets worse and worse, even in (democratic) socialist countries. The wage gap is increasing all over, and the rich are eating the poor. You don't even have to be close to actual "poor" to get eaten. Truly terrible and dire.
