  1. Exactly. It's truly scary times, and I'm not even American - tho what is scary (for me and my nation) is that geographically, I (itty bitty tiny Norway) lays between Russia and America, with only the ocean between us and America. Please, we, nor you, nor anyone else needs another cold or even world war. This is so dangerous. LEARN FROM HISTORY, PLEASE. It's terribly frightening how much neo-nazism and fascism is getting normalized in such an influential nation like the US. I don't want to believe any of this, but it's way too obivious just how many americans believe in all of the craziness.. although "nobody's" actually saying they support neo-nazism (sure, there might be a few rare cases of american civilians blatantly claiming to support neo-nazism and/or the confederacy and such but I'm sure you get what I mean), it's way too obivious just how many people support the same ideals and such.. terrifying and reckless. You're playing with fire, but not just a bonfire.. you're playing with nuclear fire. I was convinced climate change would be mankind's biggest threat of wiping us all out, but rapid, manmade climate change have gotten it's opponent, to put it like that. It's mind boggling. I've been to both Germany and Poland to visit several of the concentration camps, both the most infamous ones like Birkenau and Auschwitz, back when I was just a young and terribly tumb 13 y/o, and even way before actually going there with my own two eyes to see gas chambers and all, I perfectly understood how wrong that was, and how obivious it was to avoid ANYTHING even resembling the same immoral "values" of the nazi's. How come it's just so crystal clear to even the smallest children everywhere else, yet not to so many people in one of the world's largest and influential nations, aka the USA? I REALLY thought, I guess naively as a child and teenager that anything even close to nazism would never happen again.. that nobody would ever normalize nazistic "values" and ideals, ever again. I mean.. from the moment I even just learned as a young child what racism was, I understood that the world is messed up with loads of terrible people, so I understood how racism was still an issue irrespective of nazism.. I would've just never thought that racism would stick around only to grow into neo-nazism, I guess I naively thought as the world progressed, the world would become less and less racist, sexist etc., and become more and more peaceful and just for all. I guess you could call it wishfull thinking. The world is so awful, I hate being human. Fck all of this.
