@listrahtes It's technically not free, it's paid for by everyone via taxes, as any functioning government. No, they don't pay more in taxes either than america. Nations w nationalized, state sponsored health care just spend more money on their people, they alloquate their taxes differently. It's not like americans doesn't pay tons in taxes, many times more than other european nations, yet they still have to pay for both healthcare and education as well. American healthcare is also more expensive due to the drug and pharma lobbies ensuring that the government can't buy medicine and equipment in bulk for negotiated prizes, like countries with nationalized health care does, making health care far cheaper and more efficient for countries where money doesn't dictate whether or not you can get treated medically. Sooo... "free and horrible" isn't true.
