  2. That doesn't make it okay. Increasing the risk of having a mutated or "damaged" child is not okay. Despite this happening with children of people who are not related doesn't make it okay. Increasing the risk of lessening a childs welfare is not okay.

  8. It doesn't have to be a "sin" for it to not be okay. First of all, they have children. Knowingly breaking the law while you have kids is harmful to their well being, hence it being child abuse. Secondly, if the two of them were to have kids, they are knowingly increasing the risk of lessening a child's welfare. The fact that genetic problems also happen in non-related relationships doesn't matter. The risk is increased by A LOT when you're so closely related. So no, it's not okay in any way. It's not all about them.
