This is great knowledge I let my son listen to this in the car and I generally cook a lot and teach him good eating habits but I’m also a huge believer in if you restrict certain things the kid will not know how to self regulate and will go overboard on whatever you restricted. So I get him some pop and some ice cream but I told him water is much healthier and since he’s aware of what’s good and what’s not he makes good decisions on eating a lot id say 90% of the time. He does have semi regularly a chance to stray and he doesn’t always choose to So I won’t not have cereal or pop or ice cream in the house but often it gets tossed because we also keep healthy options and he’s been given some knowledge on what’s healthy Most kids do want to be healthy they just don’t have the information or access to the proper foods
