I live in the UK, we don't have Kudzu here but we do have Japanese knotweed. While building a Kingdom Hall we had to deal with some knotweed and I was frankly astounded by the lengths we went to to harvest and bag it up. You absolutely CANNOT eat the stuff. I wonder if there's something to do with the soil in Japan that creates these monsters.
