  3. Cultural differences can be real but duscrimination based on skin colour is pointless. I am white, but I'm functionally identical to a black guy at my congregation who is a 3rd generation immigrant. The differences between me and a 1st generation immigrant of my faith are negligible compared to the difference between me and a next door neighbour, also white, who is secular. Religion matters a lot (So long as it's not compromising to the world), culture a little and race, in itself, not at all. All are one in Christ.
