  2. If money was not being wasted on abortion, it could go to helping people instead. But abortion is profitable to the right people, so it will continue. Better to help people than cut them up and sell off the organs, but helping people doesn't make money.

If this view is taken it ignores those who are born prematurely, do they become alive when out of the womb but remain unalive while in it? Further, you say that it is fine to kill the the unborn because they are dependent on others. Have you ever received medical aid in a life threatening situation? Has anyone you know? If we follow that line of reasoning, anyone on life support, anyone who would require aid to survive an injury or sickness, would not be worthy of life and could be legitimately killed.
