  3. It must be broader than that, birth rates are also decreasing massively in left wing and progressive countries. South korea is leading the pack, but it's not unique, just extreme, we're all heading the same way.

  4. If you want to solve this oroblem, look at those who alreaady have: The Amish. Hyper religious, non technological, tight knit and communal. They don't need welfare payments and so long as the government leaves them alone, they'll just keep growing. Their fertility is absurdly high.
