28:00 surely not all americans, but dmn I was in a train Japan some months ago and there was a group of americans who just talked soooo loud. The whole train was quite (in Japan people care a lot about noise polution, there are even phone boxes on trains, so u dont have to annoy other passengers when u have to make a call... and these fs didnt gave a dmn about it - it seemed like they didnt realise how loud they are. And u clearly saw how annoyed the japanese ppl were of them but they are too polite to say anyting...
