  1. One use what is more easily aviable and reasonable priced. Most houses of wood in the US but a lot of brick homes too in the LA area. t has saved some houses, them being of largely concrete exsterior, but a lot of them are also burnt down, just walls standing, which just has to be removed.

Moving homeless around, in and out of shelter, and bak again, an endless circle.and homeless from all over the country comng to LA, as there is money to recieve. If nomoney, not so interesting
