People wanna try survive a war, who can blame them? this man ended as an book keeper in a German camp. Him going to the front instead, or try being a hero getting executed by his own, would not changed anything about what went on in the camp, sadly. I can understand the symbolism of wanting to charge anyone that was working in the camps.

Going for a 93 year old book keeper more seems like a showtrail, but of course the take what they can. The man is said to had been a part of a dcumentary a few yers earlier, eplaining about what was going on, that these camps and what went on where real. Some organisation did see it and decided to go after this man. Okay, would likely not happened if he didn't spoke out about his experiences from the war.
