  3. I just NEVER answere calls from foregin numbers I don't know for sure who is. If it's something important they can send a letter or whatever. Some of such calls is also where they just give one ring and hang up in hope of get people call back, and it will cost a lot of money.

  4. I just never answere foregin numbers unknown to me. If it's something important they will always find another way to contact. If the scammers use local numbers, okay, I get it.
