  3. I never answer foregin, or hidden numbers, and never call back. If it's something legit and important, I can always be reached via mail/letter

  4. I think the SSN are used for scams here in Europe too. When they have your SSN, and name, it's identity theft. Can be used for false driver licenses, creditcards and such. One should not give one's SSN to anybody. Legit people/companies can find it themselves.

  6. That's really important, tell your family and friends about these things. One simple rule will be to always hung up the phone if someone with a indian accent calls ypu out of nowhere. It's sad thing, put can save you for a lot of trouble. If it's something legit, and important, they will find a way to get in touch.
