  2.  @gamerworkstore  it's cheaper, maybe 1/3 of the prices of Sweden, but wages even 'cheaper'. If one not have any special interest in Artic areas, any special 'hobbies' (bird watching and so on, business that will bring one there, I thinks it's a bit less complicated to relocated within the Nordic countries, when already allowed to live there) And then take some trips into the Kola Peninsula as tourist if one is curious) hey, maybe you already got a Russian passport, then no issue)
