There are among else enviromental organizations with a lot of say, backed by wealthy Californians, going against many things the leadership wants to do, like stop building of more water reserviors and such. Maybe Trump and Co would find some ways to work around some of the obstructions, Yes, leadershipof California got room for improvements

  8. One can do better in preventing it, forest management, water reservoirs. While going on, fighting against hurricane winds spreading the fires, next to impossible. Humans are very very smallcompared to the forces of those winds, extremely small
