  1. Will stop crime by the tens of thousands now put behind bars for 2-3-4 decades. Will be the usual crime out there, but the major problems are taken off the streets

  2. They are kept in many seperate units and building. Lots of barrieres to stop spreding of trouble if something to happen in one section. Ekstremly diffcult getting some bigger trouble going.
