Putin and his elite in control of Russia fears that the Russian people somehow should get ideas about western type of democracy, which could ruin their control of power and access to a luxuary life. With this constant fear about a western supportet coup, and in full control of a army, they are a unstable factor in the world. Their terror attack of their neighbours likely have started a snow ball roling. Things will not go back to 'normal' in a long time in Russia, possible
