Of course there have been increased activity in the border region regarding the 2022 war. Why use the words 'Russian Phobia'? NATO border personell is just matching the increased Russian Millitary Intelligence activity in the border region, it's their job. To the ordinary population, bothsides of the border, they are used to it and mostly focus at their daily lives

The Norwegian Intelligence is fully aware of the spy activity out of the consulates and embassey, russian ships and so on, and takes it's precausions, but one need to keep a certain relationship with the neighbouring country, like it or not.

  17. All countries intelligence departments has it as a part of their task to have a 'bette safe than sorry' attitude, and they observe things that are not visable to the public. Norway and Russia have had a coperation in the north as neighbours for hundreds of years, no big deal. No one at the world stage hardly has a bigger paranoiya than the russian regime and the russian elite in control. They are extremly worried about a regime change and loss of personal economical advantages they got with the current governing system of Russia.
