  2. The swiss luxury watches are top notch, will last a lifetime with the normal maintenance and care i understand. I sometimes wonder how the many high end manufacturers can 'survive', year after year putting thousands of high end 'everlasting' pieces out on the market. Like with Patek, producing 50-60K pieces a year at tens and hundreds of thousands of USD, and there are waiting lists(?!) Mind blowing. Where do they all go? Do they mainly go to 'new customers', who just discovered and/or finally could afford a pieces, and who are just happy with owning 1 or 2 high end watches in their lifetime, or do they mainly 'pile up' with collectors who will just keep on buying new pieces as long as the money last? Well, anyway, I'm happy for the industry that they can keep on doing their amazing art, and some of them seemingly having an 'endless number' of customers waiting out there
