PTSD may ad up, but he seems kind of an asshole anyway. The wife and mother in law to be will have nothing but problems with this guy, sadly. Hope he gets help, but he got nothig to do in a marriage
15
A 'bad boy' that some woman loves to save and change into a 'good and loving husband'. This one got drinking and mental problems, the marriage will be a nightmare
3
He got it back. After lawsuits
2
they followed Nevada procedures. Can't be sued personally, but there is a lawsuit against state of Nevada regarding the lawfullness of their procedures. The man got his money back a year later, fter a lawsuit
2
They had not any partiualr against someone taking away Lowes pallets, but the victim had been tresspassed from the property in general, by the property owner (not Lowes)
2
He initially had the money in a bank. Took out to bring it to California. There are bettter ways, bank certified check and so on
1
There is a big problem with drug, on other criminal money being brought to that region. The guy had bad luck. He got his money back after a year or so, after suing. There are still court cases going on towards the state of Nevada for the unlawful taking of this money

The security guard's action was totally uncalled for, and he got life in prison. He had no business at all walking around with a gun and threathen people, all he should done was call the police. Just BS he was 'assaulted'..the victim wanted to go away, park outside the property, according to the wish of the guard but the guard stepped infront of his car. this guard was looking for and dreaming about a situation where he could act like a cop and stop someone with deadly force
1
'Some security guards are losers' were the words you where looking for. They do jobs that the society needs
1
The victim could approached all of this more carefully. Both current sitouation and check better out regarding the socalled tresspassing order ive earlier on.
1
They where both doing wrong. A waco with a gun on one hand, just dreaming about using it 'doing police work', and a man wanting to act macho and stand his ground towards a obviously unstable and armed guard
1
One should avoid get oneself into such situations in the first place. Not try to be a hero
1
yep, and then it's better to just move away, avoid them, not be a though guy
1
They are not supposed to be armed. This guard broough his private gun.
1
It's been stated that a large percent, maybe 70, of US cash got traces of drugs. Some newer ruling has said it's not any gooddoable proof against a holder of the cash that it got tracks of drugs. One never know when the money was involved with drugs

Lowes rents the place from a property owner, and it was their guradsThee guy was free to pick up palets from Lowes, but the property managered didn't want to see the guy at his property
1
A total moron, with a gun. This is people one will avoid to interfere with, not confront unarmed
1
The problem was not picking up pallets. The problem was the property owner (which is not Lowes) didn't want the victim at the property for a certain period forward, for different reasons. Right or wrong, I would stayed clear of the place and the gurads for a while, tried to sort out things with police and everyone involved, not just ignored it all
1
they followed Nevada State procedures. Big problem with illegal money passing through that area. The man had bad luck, at the wrong place at the arong time. He got his money back some months later after a lawsuit. There is another lawsuit against Nevada to change their procedures
1
Greenland got nothing to do with it!
1
could easily steped to the side and avoided any interference with the car
1
It's anyway a big risk traveling around with such large amunts, escpesially if it's all your life savings. There must be other solutions
1
It's all American's America. About 50/50 Blue / Red the last 50 years, everyone are in on it
1
Aviable info online states the man got his $86.900 usd back after nearly a year. Expences for the lawsuit, I do not know about
1
Freddie was allowed by Lowes to pick up the pallets, bu the property owner would not have Freddie at his property for different reasons.
1
@rudini45 From what I understand the property owner and the guards did not care about the pallets, but they belived Freddie had helped some thieves/shoplifters get away at the property. Anyway, the guard was just dreaming about a situation where he could shoot and stop a 'bad guy', sooner or later. And the chance came around. Sad story.
1
He got his 87K back a year later or so, after a lawsuit. He got another lawsuit going in 2024 to get compensation for an unlawfull seizure
1
Yep. The guard got life/25 year minimum, and the victims family 20 mill
1
The property owener and guards didn't care about the pallets and Lowes gving them away. They had an issue with Freddie, belived he had helped some thieves, shoplifter, getting away at an earlier point and had tresspassed him from the property for a year. The guard was a waco, doing police work, which he was not allowed to, instead of actually calling the police. On the other hand the victim should not played a hero and stood his ground, unarmed
