  2.  @eonthinker100yrago8  You are talking generally. Yes, standard of living in China has been increasing much the past couple of decades. This video seems to be about the specific situation at the moment, winter 2022/2023, where exports have been decreasing since october 2022, and business seems to be slowing down, some foregin companies moving over to other Asian countries due to sanctions, lock downs.
