The Russians will ALWAYS run their 'campaigns' on the net/social media to try to turn the opinion their way when it comes to have the sanctions lifted. No candidate can do anything to or from what the Russians are doing. They run their undercover-campaigns' independently and do what they want. In fact whatever the russians are doing, and how good computer nerds they have, it would be impossible to turn the result of a US presidental election in one clear direction, for any foreign nation.
