  4. People not moving because of architechture....but because of work, lack of work. Moving to bigger cities in the region. Safer in the US, far away from Europe

  5. People too busy working in the fields? Guess they could hire someone to do graffiti and let off some trash, make it feel like a ordinary cozy town..but they are likely too cheap. One can just avoid the town.
