  1. You are right, unaddressed mental health issues is a mayor issue inn general. The people in the video got more or less disabilities, their issues are addressed, they live in a complex where the county have 'gathered them'.they more or less can deal with their every day lives, and got activities, tasks, jobs.

  11. I would think there was a bit of 'leeway' for vehicles to drive a few seconds longer in order to find a safe place to yield. But guess in some situations on just need to pull over right there and then as there are no better place in sight
