  1. You are mixing up some companies regarding Norway vs Sweden. Scania is 'borned and raised' in Sweden. Norway never involved at any point. Scania and Saab was a joined company from 1969 to 1995.

  3. Regarding wheel diameter, it is the opposite. Often used on the US is 24 inch wheels/rims, about 115-120cm tire diameter, while standard in Europe is 22.5 inch, about 105-110 cm diameter. But 22.5 inch is also used in the US.

This is about the typical wheels used for highway trucks in Europe and the US. 22.5 in Europe, 22.5 and 24.5 in the US. It's not the whhels that makes trucks look bigger and smaller. Let's just stick with large sleepers and long length makes US truck look, and be, bigger
