  2.  @andreib2489  As in it is only a seperate country as long as it got a leadership fully faithful to Putin. Should a leadership friendly to the West be able to take power, it would quickly being invaded by Putin, and become a county/state within Russia

  5. It's more practical to Putin to have a friend run the country. Putin is quite busy. But should it happen a western friendly opposition to take leadership, Putin would quickly invade and officially take the control, make the country a Russian offical state.
