  2. It was a family tragedy. She is not concidered a threath to the public in general, so the jail time is relative short. But yes, in theory, it could happen again to someone else.

  3. It's not pathetic of her family to say that. Unconditional love. Benda and family wanted the best for the children. It was a tragic family incident, number of years in prison to or from would not change anything. One family member is gone, will not help to the situation having another family member gone for life. Prison is symbolic, the real punishment is having to live the fact you killed your mother foor no sensible reason at all.
