  2. Europe actually learned it's lesson and are now pro-active in not letting the ukraine war spread and come to close to the Nato borders. With WW2 Europe did sit and watched Hitler built up his forces, and Europe reacted too late to stop it in it's beginning. Letting dicator like Putin win is much more dangerous than being active not let it happen. Europe will never bow to any dictaor again.
