Someone else that knows of her has commented that getting her children back is a closed case. It will not happen.

@rossginn1171 why is his lady roaming the streets acting nuts on a skateboard, especially around sanitation workers
11
She is the one using men to get place to live and an allowance. She is not quite as nuts as many thinks)
5
Room service!
5
she likely got some light mental issues and feels the best place for her to live and be her self is where she is at now. She recently married a guy her age who got a apparment nearby, also being in the 'healing business', and it seems she lives both indoor and outdoor as she wish. She traveled the world with sugar daddies in the past and had allowances for 10-15K a month for long periods of time. Now lost the right to her 3 children and prefare hanging out in the street with her healer friends. she could had another life, but seems to be at where she enjoys the most

Maybe he is happy getting some time off.........

Does not help, just would makes things more difficult and stressful to all involved. After work they can yell at a palm tree, that will listen closer, to relax and get it all out
2
they are lenient as they know these people have issues not easily fixable at all, drugs, mental, and talking to them is more or less like talking to a rock. Not worht the time. The public workers just do their job and move on, as they should do. What the homeless does or not, it's not these workers' task to involve, other that have them step aside for a bit.
2
Many are in the grip of drugs and/or mental issues. the rules can be hard to follow. Like asking a person with no legs to run. Sad situation wth no easy fix at all. And sad so many people pointing fingers and judging, without knowing the stories of these people. Millions of americans are just a couple of missed rental payemnts away from living in the streets, in a situation they never imagined they could end up in.
2
The major problem is not the homeless sleeping in bathrooms, they get them out and clean, even if it takes some minutes and a couple of extra crew memebers. There need to be bathrooms no matter what, as one do not want to have people doing their stuff in the streets, beaches, in front of businesses. Porta potties takes a lot of resources too. What they save in not having to get homeless out, they will have cost regarding longivity compared to a soild concrete building, and so on. There are no easy solutions

Other parts of the world not hit by natural disasters doing great damage? One can fight nature to a certain point, but then sometmes see it does not help, whatever how much resources one throws at it. Humans are small.
1
None got hurt. The officals just want to spend as little time on her as possible, as it is vaste of time and resources. She is just a part of the 'interior' of that area
1
Intelligent people seeing this understand these people naturally have their issues and are no means any 'average Californians'
1
There have been homeless and poor people in the US for 300 years. Nothing new. The number of non-homeless and productive people far exeeds the small percentage people having issues, of course, and have made the US the leading economical power for decades. No country is perfect, all got their issued
1
They all have their stories. Does not help the problem to point fingers and judge. Better go out there, help. Or stay quiet
1
Nut case, but not homeless, just enjoys the life on the street/beach
1
Seeing this many of us, me included, are tempted to say 'why they just not go get a job, act up, there are millions of open positions out there'. But when one look closer in to it, a big part of them have some serious drug issues, often mixed with mental issues, and it's in many cases like asking a man without legs to run.
1
your tax is not enough keeping them all in jail. feel free to donate
1
okay. based on a handfull of crackheads living in public restrooms, California with it's 25 million people not living in restrooms, now is a 3'rd world country. makes sense
1
Drugs and mental issues got a strong hold of a majority of them. In many cases it's like asking a man with no legs to run. One can shout at him all day, but it will not help. A difficult situation with no easy sulotions
1
yeah..the 25 million californians, living in tents on the beach and in restrooms Except a handfull of public workers. Do not go there
1
They got their issues, drugs, mental. Thinking about 'hard working tax payers' are not on their top of the list, naturally, they are in survival mode, how to get by day to day.
1
Armchair experts, sitting far away from the situations, but got all the easy solutions... Many of the homeless are unpredicable. Drugs, mental issues. One want security for the city workers.
1
Bless you
1
there where no homeless peope in venice beach under Trump.
1
what are you even talling about. it's a weekly cleanup of LA beach area
1
'Room service...do you mind step outside the room a little while? Room sevice'
1
A good heart, but some light mental issues and stressful to be around in the long run. She has a guy nearby that owns an apartment, and she comes and goes, living inside, outdoors as she wish
1
they are cleaning up these places on a regular basis now, as many people have been crying for. Stop complaining or put on your gloves and get into action
1
A majority of them are into drugs and mental issues, there is not easy way of solving their situation
1
Millions of americans are just a couple of paychecks away from living in the streets.
1
It's not interesting to the shops to take the charts back. Better let the homeless keep them, to reduce the loss of new charts
1
They've been married about 6 months n this video
1
you prefer the homeless to do their number 1 & 2 in your yard, in front of your business, on the beach or streets where you walking
1
Californians votes Democrat. How cares, it's they who live there
1
One should not clean up, but let the mess laying around?
1
Who's the baboon asking, the one behind the 17 screen?
1
The goal is to do a weekly cleanup. Which is at least something
1
Once a week is a big step forward from once a month
1
Millions of americans are just 2-3 paycheck missed out, from living on the streets. It's scary
1
Most got serious drug and/or mental issues. They are in survival mode and there is no so much 'thinking' other trying to survive one day at the time. No easy fix
1
Save time and money by doing some sorting at site, while handling it in the first place no matter
1
there are always a group of people that droped out of society, it has been like that always. For many reasons, they all have their stories, but drugs is a major problem (70%), mental issues, lack of affordable housing. It's said millions of americans are just a couple of missed rental payments away from being homeless
1
It's not atttractive to the shop to reuse charts that have been used by homeless and so on, and the number of charts lost is a fraction of the total. That said, they should saved useable charts for the homeless to use again, instead of go taking new ones.
1
Possible some of his stuff has been removed at some point when he was not around. Something that he did see big value in, but looked like crap to others. And general angry him and fellow homeless can't live where they want. And so on
1
okay
1
like this video gives a full overview
1
Not 'a lot'. It's just not that easy, most of these people have their stories and issues and not easily suit into working life
