  2. They are in big lack of proffesional people, send in a lot of non-army people like police officers and such to stay in non high compat zones. That's a weakness the ukrainians take advanage of. The land taken is no big deal, but some important lines and points of supply too the russians

Tens of thousands wounded and killed, hard to replace them with 'fresh people' Russians soilders are there just for earning some money, low battle moral.
