People wants away from streefull city life, at least in the weekends. This is driving up living costs to the local residents, of which have just oridnary jobs and income

  5. Number of aviable jobs sets it's natural limits to how many people living there. Weather also plays a role. They have not had it as a goal to be so many people. They like the quietness, place to roam. Last few years many new people moving in, many richer city folks, drivingup prices. Locals not so happy about it, except realators
