  2. It's Ukrainians and/or supporters of Ukraine that is behind. Would been no need for Russia or Germany at all to ruin the pipelines physically. They could just kept on stopping the piplines from being used, as they where at the time of the sabotage. Politicians and state officals would like to think 'maybe once in the future the lines can be used'.
