My uncle once in a dinner party, I belive in 01-2 during late autumn, stumbled and hit his head into the side of the TV of ours, when it suddenly changed canal all by itself and there was a russian-like comedy show on! It was a scary experience! We are pretty sure Putin somehow had something to do with it, but kept it in the family.

  12.  @terriweeks2540  so....the point that Trump does not want to scream out: 'Russia, we hate you for not wanting to convert into our principles of Democracy, we are going to nuke you and erase you from the surface of the earth! I'm hitting the button right now, show us what you got!!' but rather keep an neutral/'okay' relation to Russia, 'make peace, not war', means that he is doing business in Russia, working for Putin and is a Russian agent...? Who is the US to tell Russia what is right or wrong? Why can't one mind one's own business more and not try to constantly push one's religion and democracy ideas onto other cultures? I think it's better the Presidents of US and Russia are able to talk and have some kind of friendship, better than nuke each other. But some people naturally disagree, among them the weapons industry.

  18. Yeah...correct. Having been in office as US President, and go into the history books forever along with George washington, Abraham Lincoln, Kennedy, is no big deal at all. On the other hand possible through that position being able to earn some more money, and buy a couple of more hotels, Rolls Royce and other material things, in addition to your 50 hotels and 30 Rolls Royce already in your ownership, that is a MUCH greater than being the most powerfull man in the world.

He plans to retire in 2024 and spend most of his time in his country house, so he better hurry up with his US invation. And think of all the school books he must replace with Russian ones, and translate all street signs to Russian, and so on. Big job. I would rather relax in the quiet Russian country side, being Putin.

Russia is some poor remains, a country with a population growth caught in a dead spiral, a dump with large part of the population living in poverty in crumbling apartment blocks from the Sovjet area, first of all thinking of if they got food on the table next day.

  48.  @hollywood5214  Russia don't care exactly who the person in the WH is, doesn't matter much too them, they know it's the congress and senate that controls the most in the end and they are generally always anti-russian. But I agree, they like to make some political chaos in western countries, when they can. They feel very unfairly threatend with those heavy sanctions after the Crimea deal, don't like that the West mingle into what they consider internal affairs. So why are the West so surprised the russians want some 'revenge'? They just want the west to mind their own business, not stick their nose into russian business. And then there is the big fear game, NATO fearing Russia, and building up their millitary activities closer and closer to Russian borders, and the russians feeling the fear and also start building up more and more millitary, and the weapon race goes on and on and on. Millions of work places in the millitary and weapon industry depends on there being big enemies' out there, big business.
