  2. Yes, they captured whole of Ukraine more than 1.5 years ago. After this Putin instructed the army to pretend to have a hard time holding on at parts of eastern ukraine, and not allowed to move the frontline. Thisout uf humility and notbragging about they are the number 1 army of the world.
