It kind of is. The DA George Barnhill falsified the report to demnify Arbery. Were it not for the video the McMichaels would walk free.

@Manu_Lemoine_FR They stalked him repeatedly. Blocked his escape route, threatened to shoot him, hit him with a car and blocked him then approached him with a firearm. Then they shot him when he attempted to defend himself. They weren't acting in self defense, the man they murdered was.
