@jongottem9601 don't be stupid. The police ruled those were not grounds for a citizens arrest because he was not caught committing a crime. He was chased down and murdered.

@suegirouard917 they chased him down after he fled. They also blocked his exit by driving around the street, cutting him off. One of them came out of the truck with a rifle which is when he decided to fight.

@randymiller3918 manslaughter is negligent killing. Maybe it wasn't premeditated but this was a murder. They exited the car with a rifle after chasing him down then blocking his escape route.

And no he wasn't caught on camera several times. His assailants said he matched the description of someone who had allegedly been robbing the neighborhood. Finally, what's wrong with you? They chased him down, blocked his escape route, hit him with a car then approached him with a rifle. Should he have turned his back on a man with a rifle who was hunting him?

@LissaBroyles complete nonsense. The actual claim was there were house break ins and later police reported a gun was stolen from the McMichaels. They claimed he matched the description of the suspect. Don't spread misinformation.
